(aka The Talent Captain) to lead branch performance, manage a team of recruiters, and deliver exceptional staffing solutions that align with business goals.As the Staffing Branch Manager at

our client , you’ll oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that both client and candidate needs are met while maintaining a focus on business growth and team development. This role is not just about managing a branch—it’s about creating a dynamic and productive work environment where your leadership inspires the team to achieve success.Key Responsibilities:Branch Operations Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staffing branch, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage staffing metrics, budgets, and branch resources to achieve business objectives and ensure profitability.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. You’ll foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment where team members are motivated to exceed targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring that staffing solutions align with their business needs. You’ll engage with clients regularly to understand their workforce challenges, provide strategic advice, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the branch delivers high-quality candidates who meet client needs. You’ll collaborate with the recruitment team to manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement efforts.Business Development and Account Growth:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the branch’s client base and growing existing accounts. You’ll develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling staffing services.Financial and Performance Reporting:Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as placement rates, revenue, profitability, and client retention. You’ll provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting areas of success and identifying opportunities for improvement.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure that the branch operates in full compliance with industry regulations and company policies. You’ll manage risk by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements, safety standards, and best practices in staffing operations.Required Skills:Leadership and Team Management:

Proven experience leading and developing a team, with a focus on motivating, mentoring, and driving performance. You’re skilled at fostering a positive, collaborative environment where your team can thrive.Staffing Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the staffing and recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and placement. You’re comfortable managing the entire recruitment cycle and aligning staffing services with client needs.Business Development Expertise:

Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You have a strategic approach to expanding client accounts and growing branch profitability.Client Relationship Management:

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives. You excel at understanding client needs and delivering top-tier service.Operational Excellence:

Equivalent experience with a proven track record in staffing branch management or leadership is also valued.Certifications in HR, recruitment, or management (e.g., Certified Staffing Professional) are a plus. If you’ve completed leadership or branch management training, that’s an added advantage.Experience Requirements:5+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or branch management,

with a focus on leading teams and managing branch operations. You’ve successfully grown accounts, built client relationships, and driven business growth in a competitive environment.Proven success in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement. Experience working in fast-paced staffing agencies or recruitment firms is highly desirable.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, monitor branch profitability, and meet revenue goals.
