Evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques, procedures and modifications to architectural construction documentsPerform architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding the expected resultsMay work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend proceduresWrite specifications covering architectural matters and perform code reviewsAssist Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators or Technicians as needed, and take responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural processPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications
Master's degree in ArchitectureExperience in the areas of healthcare, educational, civic, science and research facilitiesExperience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEEDKnowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio MaxRhino and Grasshopper experienceRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related fieldMust possess credentials to obtain future registrationExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)Desire to pursue growth opportunities and eventually obtain registrationStrong leadership, communication and relationship management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and processDemonstrated graphic presentation skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We Believe
