Position SummaryThe restoration project coordinator will support project teams with timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information. This individual will be responsible for accounts receivable collections, Procore data entry, preparation of monthly payment requests, coordination of all subcontractor change orders, payments, contracts, and waivers/affidavits. Will also perform administrative and office support activities for the front desk reception area. Duties may include directing visitors and sorting and distributing mail. Professional communication skills and computer skills are required.
This position is office-based, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Use computer word processing and spreadsheet software to prepare and/or update reports or documents.
Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases for prime contracts, projects, and subcontracts.
Effectively coordinate and communicate with the project team and review payables including subcontract, purchase agreement, contract documents, and change orders.
Coordinate in the administration of subcontractor invoices and billing packages through collection, review, processing, and distribution of necessary documents.
Request COIs from subcontractors via Jones in Procore once subcontract is issued.
Procure documents such as bid bonds, waivers, permits, COIs, and AIA contracts as needed.
Set-up Procore projects post-award with up-to-date drawings and specifications.
Create Change Orders (COs) for both owner and subcontractors as needed.
Assist with Subcontractor support in Procore including how to navigate the program, enter schedule of values (SOV), and bill/invoice.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in Communication, Business, or related degree highly preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent level of education combined with experience.
Must be professional, organized, and customer-focused.
Strong computer knowledge; proficient with Microsoft Office.
