Development skills in Unix Shell scriptingAny of these is a plus - VB, .Net knowledge, C++, ETL (Informatica PC and B2B)Has work experience in Insurance Industry (Personal lines and Actuarial knowledge is a strong positive)Good understanding of scheduling tool and process – AutosysExperience in developing Technical tasks for project planExperience with estimation (High-level and detailed estimation)Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and is capable of understanding and communicating in Data Warehouse environmentVery good communication skills – Can clearly communicate with business community as well as technical forums (Architecture forums)Experience with developing high-level and low-level designExperience leading a technical team and setting right expectationsExperience working in onsite-offshore model
