Our App Studio team is the driving force behind the creation of dynamic apps and solutions that extend Showpad’s core platform, providing immense value to our customers. By joining us, you’ll be at the heart of a strategic effort to make Showpad stand out from the crowd.

As our Technical Lead, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge apps, integrations, and solutions. You’ll work in a highly agile, cross-functional team, where quality, innovation, and simplicity are key. Not only will you provide technical leadership, but you’ll also get your hands dirty as a senior engineer, leading by example and driving our solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example: As a senior engineer, you’ll be the technical authority, making key decisions that shape our solutions.

Hands-on engineering: Spend the majority of your time coding, testing, and delivering solutions that delight our customers.

Innovate & improve: Continuously improve our apps, services, and tools, leveraging the latest technologies.

Customer-focused leadership: Advise on complex technical integrations and contribute to key customer projects.

Shape the future: Provide strategic input to help define the future of the Showpad platform.

Proactive ownership: Take initiative in product management, strategy, and planning, always looking for ways to improve and grow.

What We’re Looking For:

Extensive experience with back-end technologies (our stack is mostly NodeJS with Typescript).

Experience in cloud-native development, strong understanding of cloud architecture and serverless services, ideally in AWS.

You thrive in small, high-performing teams and have excellent communication skills.

Eager to learn new technologies, grow your team, and help scale the company.

A keen eye for quality and simplicity, with a “right tool for the job” mindset.

Bonus Points:

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern JavaScript front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.
