They provide tailored profession development plans for their employees and provide ownership opportunites to share in the firm's success.Civil Engineering Senior Project ManagerAs a Senior Project Manager in Civil Engineering, you will lead project teams to develop land plans for various clients, including commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. Responsibilities include managing project quality, client relations, budgeting, and mentoring junior engineers. You will review designs such as site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management, and interact with clients, contractors, and local officials throughout all project phases from design to construction.Qualifications
10+ years of experienceBS in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineering License (P.E.)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in staff development and mentoringTechnical review capabilities for Civil Engineering deliverablesProposal preparation and project management skillsAbility to build client relationships and develop business opportunitiesBenefits
