In this role, the successful candidate NYU Langone Health is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Marketing Ambulatory Services to support NYU Langone's growing network of outpatient services focused on connecting a far-reaching and diverse audience with NYU Langone's culture of exceptionalism. This role will collaborate closely with Communications Marketing Government and Community Affairs (CMGCA) colleagues as well as with agency partners and other key stakeholders to shape communications efforts, optimize marketing strategies, and drive growth. Reporting to the Relationship Lead for Ambulatory Services, this position will be the main point of contact for designated practices/areas specifically in Manhattan and points north. This role will support the development of CMGCA strategy in partnership with Clinical Affairs, Ambulatory Care, corporate office, and practice leadership, CMGCA leadership, and other internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and growth targets.Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Management:

Lead the day-to-day management of 360-degree marketing and communications campaigns from planning to approvals, launch, and analysis of results, as well as compilations of executive summaries as part of the Community of Practice model.Develop project briefs, support the development of scopes of work, and nimbly navigate changes in project scopes with CMGCA and Clinical Affairs & Ambulatory Care colleagues, agency partners, and/or internal stakeholders.Enhance current campaigns and evaluate outcomes, report on outcomes to leadership, and make strategic adjustments to optimize outcomes as needed.Cultivate a deep understanding of the business goals and objectives of the clinical service areas of coverage; participate in the strategic planning process and critical department meetings.Identify and assess new opportunities for CMGCA-enabled ambulatory services growth, bringing recommendations to the Relationship Lead for discussion.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Act as a key day-to-day partner to Clinical Affairs & Ambulatory Care corporate office and practice leadership, assisting in the execution of marketing and communications strategies.Play a vital role in triaging and executing requests from stakeholders, partnering with teams in the Brand Experience, Creative and Design COE; the Government and Community Affairs COE; the Enterprise Communications COE; the Media Relations COE; and the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE.

Collaboration:

Collaborate across teams in the Brand Experience, Creative and Design COE; the Government and Community Affairs COE; the Enterprise Communications COE; the Media Relations COE; and the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to ensure campaigns have incorporated all perspectives, are in alignment with strategic objectives, and will maximize return on investment.Collaborate with the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to establish measurement strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs); integrate these metrics into decision-making processes to maximize return on investment.Collaborate with Clinical Affairs & Ambulatory Care corporate office and practice leadership to identify growth opportunities and position content effectively.Educate stakeholders about CMGCA offerings and how they can support business objectives and growth targets of ambulatory services.

Minimum Qualifications:To qualify, you must have 8-10 years of experience in healthcare or hospital operations. Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment. Adept at building rapport and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships. Fluency in advertising, branding, and marketing disciplines with a working knowledge of current advertising trends and healthcare best practices. Exceptional leadership skills demonstrating the ability to influence, teach, inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and apply data-driven insights. Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. The salary range for the role is $117,107.95 - $185,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
