As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented and motivated Oil and Propane Service Department Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians and drive success in our service operations. Your Role:
Lead and Manage Technicians : Oversee the scheduling, tracking, and performance evaluations of our service technicians, ensuring top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Inventory and Equipment : Manage equipment orders, inventory tracking, and ensure the department has everything it needs to operate efficiently.
Financial Responsibility : Manage the department’s budget, revenue, and invoicing, ensuring financial targets are met.
Build Relationships : Collaborate with team members and interact with customers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any conflicts effectively.
