The Mullica Township Board of Education is seeking a dynamic and visionary educational leader to guide our PreK-8 school district. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful pinelands, our community boasts a charming “small town feel,” with generations of families who have grown up and raised their children here.
About Our District:
Community: Mullica Township School District is home to approximately 650 students from Mullica Township and Washington Township, supported by a dedicated team of 130 employees.
Campus: Our district features a spacious, single-building campus that provides a safe and nurturing environment for learning. High school students transition to Cedar Creek High School in the Greater Egg Harbor Regional School District or Atlantic County Institute of Technology.
Budget: With an operating budget of approximately $12 million, we are committed to supporting high-quality education and resources for our students and staff.
Professional Development: We prioritize continuous professional growth, offering comprehensive development programs that empower our staff to deliver exceptional instruction and help all students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications:
Required: NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
Experience: Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Central Office Administrator, Principal, or in a supervisory role is required.
Preferred: Classroom teaching experience is preferred.
Skills: Demonstrated success in curriculum and instructional leadership, strategic vision and planning, personnel management, communication, and financial management.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience, in accordance with NJ State regulations.
