Location: Decatur, ILDepartment: Human ResourcesJob DescriptionIT Test Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL.Provide testing services for SAP S/4 HANA and other types of applications. Understand and document testing requirements. Analyze and define guidelines for testability of requirements. Complete test strategy from entry criteria and schedule to test and defect reporting. Run and attend meetings to add value. Monitor and report on schedule adherence, test creation and execution. Assess quality and test process maturity level and assist in defining strategy to implement best practices. Report project status and concerns to Test and Project Management. Complete post project defect analysis for possible improvements. Lead review sessions of best practices for testing and implement results. Provide guidance and training to team.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience in software quality assurance and testing.Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
Creating cross platform manual and automated test plans and test cases;Quality Assurance processes, test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases and automating tests;Automation testing using Tricentis Tosca test automation tool;Working with Agile methodology.Must have completed testing of all phases on at least 2 SAP projects with at least one in the capacity of a Test Lead.Telecommuting permitted.Up to 5% domestic travel required.
