The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a team that is dedicated to driving the business, leading with responsibility for all aspects of the management of the store.What You’ll Do:
People
Inspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.Recruit top talent, training and developing staff to build a team of true MK Ambassadors.Drive team retention, ensuring actionable Talent and Succession plans are in place.Support, implement and provide follow-up for all training and onboarding for new joiners.Proactively manage and resolve all HR issues in collaboration with HR Department.Partner with DM to review the integrity of PTS, identifying opportunities to improve.Service
Lead the team of MK Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication by utilizing all available clientelling apps.Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales.Build and maintain good communication with the District Manager and members of the corporate office, mall office, retail partners and other stores, collaborating and influencing to drive performance across the district.Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.Work with the Team on Quarterly Planners to ensure the best business plans are set to achieve targets.Operations
Ensure store schedule is optimized, having the right people in the right place at the right time.Collaborate with DVM to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure the execution of effective strategies.Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store, using product tools effectively to maintain size and style integrity.What You’ll Need:
Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer.Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy.What We Offer:
