You will interface with internal customers and assure supply. You will work with our team to deliver reusable items in a world-class reverse logistics network – delivering on requirements and refining site demand signals.Key job responsibilitiesOwn key metrics and goals such as forecast accuracyCreate a plan that creates a balance between customer experience, speed and costOwn the end-to-end procurement strategy using a demand-driven approachDevelop a deep understanding of demand planning and optimization toolsPartner with product, technical, operations and other network planning teams to build scalable solutionsDesign program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from worldwide stakeholdersProactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across the businessesContinuous Improvement – Analyze the impact of business changes on demand (region/sites) and continuously improve the forecasting processes by diving deep into the gaps within existing tools and by automation and standardization while working with internal and external stakeholders (Retail, Finance, Transportation, Operations).A day in the lifeWe are seeking an experienced leader to work in the reusable products space to create a collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment model. You define topline forecasts and purchase requirements for reusable assets at a global scale. You will deal with ambiguity, identify problem statements and develop innovative solutions to improve Customer Experience, reduce cost and create a best-in-class circular supply chain.The successful candidate must be highly organized and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. They are able to self-manage competing priorities, driving both strategic and tactical activities in parallel, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.About the teamOur mission and purpose: Build, implement, and sustain global solutions for Reusable assets in support of Amazon Operations.
