Senior IT Portfolio Manager
to join our team!Responsibilities:Serves as subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of IT management, mission-driven IT governance and Federal IT portfolio management.Expert knowledge of federal policies for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), including Technology Business Management (TBM) and EPLC requirements to support NIH's IT Investment Portfolio and ensure ongoing compliance with GAO, OMB, HHS.Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.Professional Experience and Skills:Experience and understanding of GAO, OMB policies for CPIC including TBM.Experience with CPIC-related committees, governance groups, and working groups.Understanding of Enterprise Systems and Major Investments.Education and Years of Experience:Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in technology strategy and portfolio management.BA/S Degree in a related field or relevant disciplines.Security Clearance:Applicants selected must be eligible to work in the United States, be subject to a government security investigation, and meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information.Work Location:Bethesda, MD (1-2 days/week).Benefits Offered:This position is paid a base salary based on job family, experience and skill level.Health benefits include medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans.Company paid Life Insurance coverage, Short-term and Long-term Disability coverage.Health Savings Account or Flexible spending accounts.401(k) with discretionary company match.Paid time off (PTO) program and eleven (11) paid holidays.Additional time off benefits include parental leave, bereavement leave, volunteer hours.And more.Evoke is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, citizenship, national origin, ancestry sexual oriented, gender identity, age, religion, creed, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, political affiliation, or any additional factors protected by local, state, or federal law.
