1 x EPC Project Manager (Level 7)Typically best for Project Managers with good experience in Project Management within a construction environment.

You’ll be working on some of the biggest, most exciting projects in green energy, developing contracts across a portfolio with focus on the Grain to Tilbury Project scheduled for delivery in 2028 and with a multi-million build value.
This role will likely be based on a site for around 4 days per week in Essex or Kent with office or home working in between.We are open to full-time and part-time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

You’ll have understanding of National Grid and NEC EPC contracts. You’ll have engineering knowledge and varying experience of delivering construction works on site depending on level.
You’ll need a driving licence, the ability to travel as required, and there might be some overnight travel too. There will be some flexibility required to work outside of normal hours.

What You'll Do
Acting as an ambassador for wellbeing, health, safety, and environment at all times. As an organisation we are driven by safety. Our industry leading ‘Safe to Say’ policy calls for colleagues to always speak up and take ownership of safety issues.
Supporting/driving the project team to help drive exceptional safety standards. You will undertake safety leadership tours, sensible monitoring of work activities, and set the standards on projects across the wider business.
Using the NEC4 contract, you will monitor contract performance across the portfolio.
Delivering a multi-million-pound construction project spanning Essex and Kent.
Successfully managing project budgets and accurately forecasting spend profiles. You will report financial information within required timescales across senior stakeholders and control financial issues.
Reporting and maintenance of financial information such as contractor spend and forecast, internal spend and forecast, contingencies and material purchases.
You’ll work in a supportive team all working toward successfully identifying, quantifying and managing risks on your projects.
You’ll assess the potential impact a risk has on timescales, costs and resources and contributing to monthly risk reviews.
You’ll help maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Communicating with stakeholders in a timely, clear, concise and professional way.
What You'll GetFor the Associate Project Managers competitive starting salary between
£49,573 – 55,473
– dependent on capability. A car may be available depending on mileage thresholds.
For the EPC Project Manager a competitive starting salary between
£56,372-60,372
– dependent on capability and additional market supplement of £4500.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
