We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Gurugram as Product Manager – Knauf Integral.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise and advice to prospects and customers to develop a close long-term relationship that ensures continued/increased levels of business with KNAUF gypsum fibre products for raised access and hollow floor application.Identify and make contacts with potential customers engaged on target construction projects to secure specifications and contracts.Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for in-demand services and products.Provide solutions to design and feasibility challenges to customers that fully comply with accepted standards in the domestic market.Provide representation and advice to professional bodies to further enhance Knauf’s profile and influence industry issues to Knauf’s benefit.Develop designs and specifications for architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that KNAUF gypsum fibre products are specified.Monitor on-site construction in collaboration with the contractor to provide advice and solutions to problems encountered.Provide technical assistance and training to the local Knauf sales team, architects, and other decision makers. Build and maintain strong project pipeline.Maintain a close contact with Knauf Marketing Department to ensure that a strong brand presence is continued within target market.Daily use of provided systems (Salesforce, e.g.) to build account plans for focus customers.Occasional assumption of other tasks as instructed.What we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors, and values. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:University or College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.7-10 years of experience in selling high-quality systems tendered by architects, planners, and general contractors.Expertise in a specific market or with similar product types.Willing to travel intensively. Driving license. Fluent in English and domestic language.Commercial attitude. Customer focus. Open-minded. Team spirit.
