We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director, Corporate FP&A, reporting to the VP, FP&A, to lead our company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Corporate FP&A is a critical function at Demandbase, serving as the central hub of the broader finance team, and playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, driving process optimization and efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights that influence key business decisions.In this role, you will oversee financial processes, including Annual Planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial modeling, while partnering closely with tax, accounting, and departmental leaders to ensure financial alignment across the organization. Strong partnership and communication skills are critical as you collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that financial goals are aligned with broader business objectives.Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help shape Demandbase’s long-term financial strategy and contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.The base compensation range for this position, not including the company bonus, is: $180,000 - 225,000.What you'll be doing:Drive FP&A Processes: Take a hands-on approach and lead the company-wide financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that guide critical business decisions.Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate company performance, support strategic initiatives, and explain variances between forecasts and actual results.Performance Insights: Deliver timely and actionable financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business leaders and influence performance.Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, leveraging automation and financial tools to support the company’s growth.Strategic Initiatives: Lead ad hoc projects, including M&A analysis, financial integrations, and other special initiatives.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a focus on continuous improvement.What we're looking for:10-12 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis.Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior leadership to shape business strategy through financial insights.Great communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and scaling teams.Record of driving process improvements and implementing scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.Expertise in using financial tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Pigment) to enhance financial planning and reporting.Strong analytical skills, with a balance between strategic thinking and attention to detail.CPA/CFA preferred.Our benefits include:
