Our People Department is looking for a People Services Manager to drive the day-to-day activities of the HR Operations team, covering all topics regarding Payroll, Compensation, Administration, HRIS, Benefits, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Onboarding for Canada, the US, Mexico, Brazil, and several LATAM countries.Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that the team delivers high-quality HR services to employees in all HR Operations tasks.Ensure that all HR policies, programs, and services are delivered effectively and efficiently and in compliance with local laws across all countries/states/provinces in the Americas. Collaborate with the legal department on compliance items and milestones, such as employee handbooks, employee relations procedures, issues, accommodations, and workers' compensation.Oversee and direct payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Audit and review payroll registers and partner with Finance on reporting and money management.Oversee and manage accuracy with all employee data. Audit and align information from our system of record into all other systems. Ensure the team is monitoring failures of integration, RPA errors, and data entry errors.Act as SME on HR operational items on global projects. Push forward projects in a heavy matrix environment and collaborate closely with a variety of functions such as HR Business Partners, Legal, People Analytics, Business Technology, etc.Lead the design of employee benefits programs, ensuring that programs are competitive, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned to company strategy. Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure benefits for the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.Develop and manage company headcount budget for the Americas and departmental budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently, and that all programs are delivered within budget constraints.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of administration, benefits, payroll, compensation, and employee relations.Partner with the legal department for mobility and immigration programs.Maintain knowledge of all applicable leave and accommodation laws including the FMLA, ADA, and state and local laws.Other duties as assigned.What you need to succeed
EXPERIENCE- 7-10 years of HR experience, with a strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance.- 2-3 Years experience managing a team of HR operation professionals.EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.- Masters Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.SKILLSRequired- Bilingual in English and Spanish.- Strong results orientation, high sense of urgency, and experience delivering top-quality HR services.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.- Excellent organizational skills and diligence.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.- Ability to maintain and administer confidential and sensitive information appropriately required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.What we do offer
