Our company has been a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader who can grow and manage a large business that serves US law firms with 1 to 50 attorneys. This business is growing above historical rates and is poised to continue to excel relative to gaining product, preference, and selling momentum.As the Small Law Business Vice President, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and market share for the business. You will lead a team of several hundred employees, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Pricing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the business strategy and plan for the Small Law market, including revenue, margin, and market share goals.Manage the P&L for the business unit, ensuring financial performance and accountability.Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct employees, including sales, marketing, delivery, and operations.Refine and optimize the go-to-market and pricing strategy, based on market research, analysis, and customer feedback.Oversee territory design and commission plans to engage sales and provide sales enablement, training, and support.Invest in key marketing initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns, and content) to generate demand and awareness for our solutions and services.Collaborate with other business units, functions, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy across the company.RequirementsDemonstrate proven experience in successfully driving sales teams to achieve targets.Experience in management consulting strategy and/or financial roles using a data-driven approach to provide insights, guidance, and opportunities to business stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build influential relationships with customers and stakeholders.Proven experience leading, managing, and motivating a team of highly skilled individuals.Deep knowledge and understanding of the small law market, including the decision makers, influencers, and procurement processes.Relevant management experience with a proven track record of driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth.Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%).Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
