Manager of global Consulting revenue operations data and associated data models. Drive initiatives to stabilize, visualize, and innovate data models that inform accurate forecasting, drive engagement performance, and accurately evaluate associate performance. Ensure accurate analytics, monitor key business performance drivers, identify and drive operational improvements and efficiency, provide transparency of results to key business leaders, and ensure informed fact-based decision making at all levels. Drive, coordinate and facilitate actions across business units, products, regions, and functional areas.Responsibilities:

Accurately analyze and visualize key data elements that inform forecasting and business performance at global, geographic, sub-region, and associate levels.Identify and mitigate key strategic risks related to revenue realization, recognition, and engagement-level KPIs (burn rate, costs and overrun, margin, etc.).Partner with FP&A, GSO peers, and the Consulting field teams to synthesize accurate forecasting insights and pre-empt business risks.Partner with HR for the accurate synthesis, summarization, and visualization of associate performance data for the purpose of mid-year and year-end calibration analysis.Partner with GSO leaders and Geography leaders to communicate business insights and co-design reporting tools to enhance data-informed decision making.Assist in planning, developing and executing analytics including data collection, visualization, analysis processes and quantitative models.Lead the production and delivery of operational and planning reports to senior business leaders to effectively link results with Gartner Consulting’s strategy.Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improved business results.Prepare and conduct detailed analysis (including financial modeling) that provide insight and guidance for making informed operational and strategic decisions.Cultivate strong and mutually respectful partnerships across Gartner Consulting, GSO, and business stakeholders.Provide effective tools and reporting for use by GSO, OC, Geography Leads, field, and business partners.Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s required, MBA or Master’s degree preferred.8-10 years of progressive business experience, preferably in Financial Analytics, Strategy or Business Operations roles.Knowledge and experience in working with senior-level Gartner resources across Business units, including: Technology Product teams, HR, FP&A, and field/services leadership.Demonstrated ability to own, manage and complete complex, multi-functional projects.Strong gravitas and strategic thinking skills, prioritization, and problem-solving ability.Extensive analysis experience required, including systems expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, data warehouses, and standard reporting tools.Project management skills and data manipulation skills.Excellent organization skills, including prioritization and managing through ambiguity.Excellent verbal and written communications skills; advanced ability to analyze business challenges and data sets before offering sound recommendations and decisions.Ability to form and test hypothesis and establish correlation between action and business outcomes.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across organizational hierarchies.Effective presentation of results and findings and the ability to communicate actionable recommendations that influence required outcomes.Who are we?

Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
