Responsibilities:Nautilus Insurance is seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Implementation, to join our team! This role can be located on a hybrid basis in our Scottsdale office or remotely for a highly qualified candidate.

This role is a technical role within product innovation to help drive the implementation of new products, execute on project tasks, and coordinate deliverables for each sprint.

This role requires at least one year of experience in underwriting or product development in the P&C insurance industry.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and/or proofing of form images and other system files in PPS libraries once form development has been completed and all form release related tasks.

Execute and/or proofread underwriting manual changes within Umbraco platform to keep our guidelines clear, concise and up to date with the underwriting philosophy of the line of business leader and underwriting leadership.

Create user stories for form releases / form mapping changes and support work efforts to ensure all parts of an initiative are executed in a timely manner.

Responsible for User Acceptance Testing and test case preparations.

Understanding of project implementation workflows and the use of management software to track implementation when multiple divisions are involved.

Execute on changes at the direction of the Line of Business leader to achieve operational plan objectives.

Support the Product Development team in prioritizing projects and initiatives to ensure the organization’s strategic and operational goals are met.

Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.

Collaborate with other departments, including but not limited to: Production Underwriting, Marketing, Actuarial, Strategic Operations & Solutions and IT, to ensure successful implementation and communication of new initiatives and guideline changes.

Additional responsibilities as requested by Product Innovation Leadership.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience

Experience navigating ISO and other regulatory service organizations.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and experience in proofreading.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

AIS, ASLI, AU or CPCU are preferred.
