Job SummaryResponsible for managing the full cycle of an assigned grant funded contract in partnership with The Children's Trust Health Connect along with its services. Supports the clinical management team in implementing strategies that foster collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure services are delivered in accordance with NCHS, Miami Dade County Public School (M-DCPS) district and The Children's Trust. Responsible for utilizing knowledge, skills, and behaviors to promote quality improvement and fiscal responsibility around the contractual funding with fidelity. Plans, directs, or coordinates activities in such fields such as architecture and engineering or research and development.Job Specific DutiesOversees the coordination and administration of operational aspects of the TCT School Health Program including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling contract activities.Collaborates and supports the multidisciplinary team to plan and implement programs related to health promotion in M-DCP schools.Oversees all M-DCP schools, Nicklaus Children's Healthcare System CHS, and TCT contract requirements for data collection and reporting of funded deliverables as stated in the TCT core contract.Ensures contract objectives and compliance requirements are met, providing timely follow through to ensure core contract compliance is met.Assesses, develops, implements, and ensures goals are in conjunction with the leader correlating with the TCT program objectives and quality metrics.Responsible for the QA activities to promote performance improvement to meet targeted goals by collecting & analyzing data, reporting findings, & developing processes to ensure improvement.Oversees contract budget and ensures expenses are kept up to date and within funding limits by monitoring, tracking, and reporting monthly expenditures to leader, maintaining expenses within the approved contract budget.Ensures process improvement is aligned with TCT annual core contract to reduce or eliminate waste, increase efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness and promote cost containment, while communicating to Program Director in a timely manner.Responsible for program's contract fiscal process, submitting monthly reimbursement packages to TCT on or by 15th of every month.Ensures financial reports and supporting documentation are prepared as outlined per contractual requirements and in close collaboration with program director, grant specialist and NCH Office of Sponsored Program.Maintains, updates, and develops policies in collaboration with multidisciplinary team of supervisors and staff per leader request, according to TCT, M-DCP Schools, and NCHS regulations.Responsible for the full cycle of the grant expenditures and reporting out allocation of expenditure ensuring funding is used during contract year.Responsible for all program supply orders and tracks purchase requests, verifies receipt of materials, coordinates delivery to designated M-DCPS school clinics under contract, and inputs the information provided into the regular reports to TCT records.Ensures and manages preventive maintenance process for program equipment.Manages all files for the program including staff per contractual requirements.Meets and completes the "end of year internal program requirements" for staff to return after summer recess with timely follow through by providing partial year assignment based on approved budgeted positions.Provides process for annual satisfaction surveys, data management and results.Orders all program supplies through approved vendors with director approval.QualificationsMinimum Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related fieldLevel II Background Check1-3 years of prior experience with budget, auditing, and compliance with healthcare grant programsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMaster’s degree preferredAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary team.Working knowledge of database management and spreadsheet programs.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Empathic communication and listening skills.Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and co-workers.Problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective use of personal authority.Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.Sensitivity and respect for cultural differences.Job:
