The Refurb Program Manager leads the team within WW Operations and will be the primary operations interface to the functional organizations within Apple. As the owner of the product, the Refurb PM will ensure the successful launch of Refurbished products toward meeting its stated cost, quality, schedule, availability and customer experience goals.Leading readiness activities with Materials, Quality, Engineering and other internal and external teams.Ensuring security, materials, equipment, fixtures, staffing, training, documentation plans are in place at our partners.Influence supply chain responsiveness, optimizing for lowest costs, operational flexibility and high quality.Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to management, calling out key issues and presenting options for resolution to the cross-functional executive team through the new product reviews and other executive forums.Provide links from the Operations & Engineering Teams to the factory teams from various development builds through new product introduction, including product hand-off to Sustaining Operations Management.Minimum Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development.Bachelors in engineering field.Ability to travel internationally up to 25%+.Preferred Qualifications
Extraordinary ability to build relationships.Use data to drive decisions and be willing to take action.Enthusiastic and motivated.High level of detail while running several work-streams.Experience working with off-shore manufacturers and traveling to factories.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management.Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.Education & Experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
