The Inventory Specialist is a pivotal position in the daily operations of our product lifecycle and will be scheduled Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. They are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory locations, conducting cycle counts, and upholding overall inventory accuracy. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include:
Staging and prepping inventory to be put away including verification of product detailsPulling inventory for order fulfillment and Showroom customersOrganizing and storing inventory in properly identified locationsFollowing safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work areaCycle counting inventory to maintain inventory accuracyFulfilling inventory pull requests for various business needsOther tasks as needed per business needsWhat We’re Looking For
Prior entry level inventory experience or product handlingExperience working both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet individual and department KPIs and goalsHighly organized with attention to detailBasic computer skillsAbility to work in a production environment including standing 95% of the timeAbility to successfully multitask and manage time effectivelyAbility to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance noticeNice to have:
Prior inventory experience with luxury goods or single SKU inventoryNice to have:
Prior experience and knowledge utilizing a warehouse management systemNice to have:
Experience operating a handheld device (Scanner)Nice to have:
