We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager, Skin Health (Facial Care).We are looking for a creative, passionate leader to join the team as a Category Manager, Skin Health (Facial Care). As the Category Manager, you will work with an accomplished team of merchants to help lead the continued growth and expansion of a multi-million-dollar business. You will have full P&L accountabilities, extensive knowledge of the personal care landscape, and an uncompromising bias for action.As the Category Manager of Skin Health (Facial Care), you will shape the category strategy, be accountable to achieve sales and margin goals, and collaborate across the organization to develop industry-leading growth plans. You will use all available tactics including Assortment, Promotions, ExtraCare, Digital, Social, Marketing, Store Brand and Supplier Capabilities to reach or exceed goals. You will develop short-term (in year) and long-term growth plans (2 or more years) with a disciplined, structured approach and consumer-first mindset. You will need fact-based decision-making capabilities grounded in consumer research and data.Required Qualifications

3 - 5 years of achieving sales and margin goals through market share growth. Manage profit and loss targets to include sales, contribution margin, inventory turn, GMROI and DOS.3 - 5 years of developing an informed strategic point of view and influencing partners, including senior leaders while staying up-to-date with the customer and trends.3 - 5 years of vendor management including collaborating and negotiating with manufacturers and vendors to ensure product placement and product strategy that grow sales and profitability.3 - 5 years of initiating and building strategic promotional strategies and marketing plans by collaborating with internal partners (e.g., Inventory, Pricing, Promotion, Finance, Marketing, Store Brands, Store Design and Store Operations).Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor DegreePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,500.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
