SalesSummaryThe Ostomy Territory Manager San Diego is responsible for managing and increasing Ostomy sales within the assigned territory. Reporting to the Region Manager, this role is the primary driver of ostomy sales and programs within strategic metropolitan cities in San Diego County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, and Hawaii, and the sales focus and activities are targeted to the hospital market. All candidates must reside within the territory (preferably San Diego).ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales targets which will be driven by key account closes and competitive conversion in the hospital marketPossess and effectively communicate/utilize clinical and product knowledgeEffective customer needs assessment and solution developmentEffective relationship management with key stakeholders within targeted accountsEffective sales process executionContract implementation and effective penetration of key GPO awardsMaintain and increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systemsEffectively coordinate opportunities internally (Hollister) and externally (customers)Territory and account planning (pre and post call planning)Complete all administrative duties in an accurate and timely mannerEssential Functions of the RoleAbility to travel 30% of time (including overnight travel)Demonstrated Sales Traits: Competitive, Tenacious, Fearless, Passionate and IntelligentAbility to communicate verbally and through electronic mediaAbility to analyze sales reports and develop business plansAbility to create effective strategies to increase sales and meet sales forecasts within territoryAbility to work within a teamWork Experience RequirementsAt least 3 years of outside sales experience in the medical industryExperience calling on the Hospital setting strongly desiredEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree requiredSpecialized Skills/Technical KnowledgeCRM Software ProficiencyProficiency in various sales methodologies and closing techniquesTechnical ProficiencyAll candidates must be vaccinated for COVID-19 to be considered for this opportunity.About Hollister IncorporatedHollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures and markets healthcare products worldwide. base
