At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB:The Manager of Analytics will drive analysis & insights, reporting, and the development of tools & capabilities across our North American portfolio of assets. This individual will oversee a team that provides marketing decision support for customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and channel optimization. This role is a key contributor in providing actionable insights & recommendations and communicating these findings through data storytelling. The Manager of Analytics will develop a team of analysts, support the analytics roadmap, and assist in defining business data requirements. The individual will work closely with key stakeholders at the properties and within the COE.THE DAY TO DAY:Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction, ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment.Lead and develop a team of analysts and continually advance the team's tools, capabilities and analytical approach.Deep analytical thought leader that drives insights, tools and capabilities into the customer database and marketing programs.Translates complex business questions into structured analysis and communicates insights and findings to non-technical audiences.Query and analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, campaign performance, A/B test results, and customer behavior.Assists the Director of Analytics to communicate recommended approaches to senior leaders and anticipate the future needs of our customers.Manage Human Resources responsibilities for the specific assigned areas.Establish and communicate priorities, set performance objectives, provide direction, and hold staff accountable to commitments.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or related fields, or equivalent experience.2+ years of prior relevant experienceTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunitiesAre you ready to
