San Mateo, CA / HybridThe PlayStation Store & Services Marketing team is responsible for marketing our flagship PlayStation Plus subscription service, and PlayStation’s multi-billion-dollar D2C businesses (PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct).This role is a pivotal role in the team accountable for the strategic implementation of performance focused marketing, dedicated to supporting profitable business growth & successful customer outcomes by harvesting incremental demand & driving recurring relationships.Responsibilities:
Strategy:
support in producing a clear marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals, whilst collaborating with other marketing functions to ensure its successful execution.Media Planning:
Support in defining a clear media plan, including media budget management & providing recommendations for media allocation (mix/channel/markets).Budgeting/Forecasting:
Help translate strategies into detailed annual, quarterly & monthly budgets (split by product/service campaigns & regions).Reporting:
Analyze, track, report and forecast on key performance metrics, identifying areas of opportunity for program performance across all marketing channels to support company’s growth targets and drive future strategies.Measurement:
help partnering with the Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams to develop a measurement stack to monitor and improve channel performance & evolve marketing attribution and incrementality.Experimentation:
Support building and defining a clear experimentation agenda & roadmap across store and services, ensuring tests are linked to business goals & commercial plans.Qualifications:
6+ years in performance or growth marketing roles preferably across the entertainment vertical.A history of successfully operating in sophisticated global organizations and being able to influence growth.Have worked in roles leading large media budgets.Strong collaboration and relationship skills.The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.$123,700 - $185,500 USDEqual Opportunity Statement:
