Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees processing sales transactions, credits and rebills, lead generation, and project tracking. Design and implement process improvement activities and training to improve the Sales Coordinator's performance.Manage the Quoting Process:
Manage the entire bid/quoting process for basic jobs, including identifying upcoming bids, distributing pricing information to customers and sales reps, and communicating final bid results. Manage the quote follow-up process, including identifying and logging new quotes and leading quote follow-up review meetings with sales reps.Manage the Billing Process:
Manage timely and accurate billing exception and rebilling process for customers, ensuring the collection of receivables.Gather Market Intelligence:
Monitor new trends in pricing strategy and manage market intelligence based on information to ensure maximum market penetration through constant review and evaluation of changing customer and market needs.Utilize Job Information Resources:
Use new and existing job information sources to identify upcoming jobs. Develop and facilitate the data and analytics required to measure businesses' performance relative to pricing benchmarks.Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned.Skills You’ll Need:Education:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Five or more years of experience supervising an hourly/non-exempt workforce is preferred.Experience:
Experience in the aggregates industry is preferred. Relevant business administration experience is preferred.Interpersonal Skills:
The candidate must be an excellent motivator and team builder who can form strong interpersonal relationships through effective communication with internal and external audiences.Pricing Knowledge:
Must be familiar with pricing and marketing principles and be able to support business planning efforts.Technology Skills:
Must display knowledge of and ability to use computer applications and the most up-to-date sales systems to understand, measure, and capitalize on sales opportunities.What You’ll Like About Us:Salary Range:
The base salary range for this role is between $92,848 and $118,507 annually. This range does not include our discretionary bonus or equity package.Great Company Culture:
