RINA is currently recruiting for a
Offshore Geotechnical Surveys Project Manager 1
to join its office in Rozzano, Genoa, or Rome, Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.
MissionThe ideal candidate will be involved in offshore geotechnical and geophysical investigations and will work on multiple projects.
Key Accountabilities
Projects planning and management (initial planning of activities and team, preparation of execution plan, work schedule, sharing with team and customer, progress monitoring and reporting)
Managing of Clients and Subcontractors/Partners (meetings, reporting, MOM preparation, follow up of action list)
Preparation of technical-commercial proposals related to the geotechnical offshore surveys
Interface with RINA geotechnical laboratory
Distribute activities internally and to the subcontractors, supporting and monitoring the activities carried out
Handle clients' needs on a daily basis and meet contractual deadlines
Main interfaces: RINA Surveys Director, Surveys Business Development Manager, Surveys Engineering team internally; customers, partners, contractors, and suppliers externally
EducationMaster’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Geology
Qualifications
Up to 5 years experience in Geotechnical and geophysical surveys
Experience managing medium to large size projects
Experience in Geotechnical Tender preparation (technical and commercial)
Good knowledge of English language
Knowledge of Windows package
