As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Position Overview:The Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in water and wastewater systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large, complex projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple water/wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Oversee the design and construction of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, treatment plants, and related infrastructure.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.Provide technical expertise and mentorship to project teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and performance metrics.Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout project execution.Foster client relationships to drive business development opportunities and secure future projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Professional Engineer (PE) license required.10+ years of experience in water and wastewater project management, including design and construction.Strong understanding of water/wastewater systems, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).Experience working with local municipalities, utilities, and regulatory agencies in the Milwaukee area is a plus.
