You will set the vision for our brand strategy, oversee pricing and promotions, growth analytics, and demand forecasting, and manage performance across the full range of marketing channels, including Paid Search, Meta, OTAs and Partnerships, CRM, Referral, Organic Social and Influencer, etc. You will lead a small, agile team, manage external agencies and partners, and work closely with Engineering and Finance functions. The Head of Growth must be located in New York City and have a strong understanding of local culture and market dynamics.What You’ll Do

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and retention in our core markets - New York and San FranciscoWork closely with Finance to develop revenue forecasts and manage top line performance and marketing spend effectivenessWork with our Analytics lead and external partners to ensure that marketing data flows into all necessary systems are accurate and timely enough to support performance optimizationWork with our Analytics lead to optimize pricing and promotions in each marketDetermine appropriate KPIs and targets for each market and continuously optimize spend allocation across markets, channels and campaignsManage and grow OTA partnerships (e.g., Priceline, Kayak, Expedia) to generate cost-efficient revenueDevelop brand, affiliate, and influencer partnerships in New York and San Francisco regions to drive brand awareness and revenue growthOversee CRM and SEM agencies to drive cost-effective customer acquisition and retentionIdentify and test new, promising channel opportunities (e.g., Meta, podcast, OOH) as well as vendors and creative sourcesIdentify opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimization and work with Engineering to implementIdentify opportunities for automation to drive efficiency and performance and work with Analytics or Engineering to implementRequired

Minimum 5+ years of Growth experience, within high-performing agencies or brandsExperience driving local (market-specific) growth through paid and organic channels3+ years experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app advertising; experience scaling accounts from zero to 6-7 figures monthly while maintaining efficiencyExperience building brand and affiliate partnerships, ideally locally within the NY regionExperience planning, testing and executing promotionsStrong understanding of performance marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., lift testing, incrementality, attribution, retention, ROAS, LTV/CAC)Experience with marketing attribution; understanding of the basic mechanisms of click-based attribution and in-platform attributionExperience with conversion tracking implementation; ability to audit and improve Google Ads, CAPI, and other tracking implementationExperience with demand and spend forecastingExperience working closely with Analytics, Engineering, CreativeStrong copywriting skills and attention to detailStrong Excel modeling and analytics skillsExperience using BI platformsPreferred
