TITLE: NPI Program Manager – 33778309LOCATION: Cupertino, CA 90232 (Tuesday-Thursday onsite hybrid)ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months (strong possibility for extension)

NPI Program Manager Responsibilities:
Lead materials budget planning and spend management through partnering with Finance and Engineering
Lead clear to build (CTB) for pre-production build phases
Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedule. Drive closure of materials issues
Work closely with Engineering to manage multiple or alternate source qualifications through build management
Lead NPI materials process improvement
Lead daily or weekly supply planning meetings with Manufacturer Partners
NPI Program Manager Requirements:
NPI (New Product Introduction) supply chain management experience
Project/Program management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability/experience working in a constantly changing environment
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Proficiency in Excel
BS/BA with 3 – 5 years or comparable professional experience
NPI Program Manager Preferred Experience:
Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience a plus
Knowledge in Agile, SAP, Oracle, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages a plus
PMP, APICS, CSCP or CPIM a plus
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 to $67.62 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
