We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Lead who is eager to help scale an early-stage company and play an instrumental role in shaping our growth.You’ll be joining us at an incredibly exciting time, just as things are starting to take off! We're a Series A company having raised $25m from Accel, Point Nine, First Round, and 50+ renowned founders and industry experts. We’ve built an incredible & passionate team — every member was a top performer at their previous business.Now we’re ready to scale fast and we need someone to continue to drive our business development efforts. This role offers significant growth potential, and we see this person playing a significant role as Omnea continues to scale.What Can You Expect?

You’ll be the first Business Development hire at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies, working closely with a seasoned team who have successfully built companies and partnered with top investors and teams.

Collaborate with top 10-20 Private Equity and Growth Equity funds, hosting regular procurement events for their portfolio companies to build strategic relationships.

Partner with consulting firms and major analysts to position Omnea as a key player in the industry and raise our profile through strategic collaborations.

Build strong relationships with procurement-focused organisations and industry influencers to expand Omnea’s presence.

Form partnerships with procurement contractors, recruiters, consultants, and thought leaders to help extend Omnea’s reach within the procurement ecosystem.

About You

You’re ambitious, competitive, and care a lot about your career. You are happiest when working hard and solving challenging problems.

You have the gravitas and presence to engage with highly experienced professionals, holding your own with industry leaders who have decades of experience.

You bring 7-10 years of experience in business development, venture capital, or private equity, ideally within technical products or relevant sectors.

You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business.

You’re intelligent and resourceful, able to quickly master the intricacies of our product without needing support from engineers.

You’re an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting.

You have a proven track record of exceptional performance, whether in academia, work, sports, or other areas where you’ve applied yourself.
