JOB SUMMARY:The Field Supervisor will be in charge of the sell-out performance of L’Occitane group brands (L’Occitane en Provence, Sol de Janeiro, Elemis) in the Eastern part of North America including Canada, USA, Panama and Caribbean (DFS, Dufry, 3Sixty, AerRianta, ….) with key responsibilities to accelerate sell-out development, gain market share, manage, coach and motivate BCs team and deliver Retail Excellence in all key doors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Sell-Out and Op
Define, implement & follow up quarterly action plan to develop brand sales above the market trends.Manage & control dedicated investment envelop in line with P&L guidelines.Manage sales performance by store to reach the target.Constantly seek for new business opportunities in TR and/or via Omni channel approach to develop L’Occitane global sales.Initiate & implement Omni channel projects in key areas that will benefit the top POS.Prepare monthly sales reports & analysis with action plan.
Management, Supervision / Learning and Development
Responsible of the BC investment to be in line with budget P&L.Recruit, develop, motivate and coach BCs in order to create highly performing & passionate BCs community.Together with store managers, control and optimize BCs schedules to maximize investment efficiency.Ensure BCs motivation through training & coaching support, new protocols and sales techniques adaptation to new customer profile.Deliver & implement the training plan on the assigned perimeter (BCs & other TR stakeholders).Foster relationship with local markets Training teams and organize regional training initiatives that could benefit our TR BC community.
Retail Excellence
Enhance L’Occitane Group Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BCs grooming and POS activities.Be fully responsible for Merchandising Execution planograms per door according to the agreed assortments.Closely work with marketing team to adapt if needed merchandising guidelines to ensure sales development in stores.Prepare and implement the animations in cooperation with the Account Executive and the Operational Marketing team.Proactively plan promotional calendar for each door.Constantly seek for new business opportunities (extra space or visibility, visuals, promotion events etc.).
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Sell-out results vs targets vs market trends.Ranking & Market share.Investment management.BC performances & profitability.Number & quality of Trainings & coaching.POS Retail excellence check.
REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:Master’s degree in business administration or similar.EXPERIENCE:3 - 5 years minimum in TR, Wholesale or Retail.Beauty industry experience preferable.SKILLS:Great sense of entrepreneurship and negotiation skills.Communication and diplomatic skills.Client-centricity.A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation.Exemplarity and positive attitude in the everyday business life.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).Training, coaching, retail management experience is a plus.Fluent in English (oral and written).PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work in office following hybrid schedule.Up to 40% work related travel.All Applicants:L'Occitane's Privacy StatementUnited States Applicants Only:Employee RightsFMLA: PostersFMLA Special Rules for Returning Military Members (USERRA)
