Our flagship project involves a Personal AI Assistant (PAA) designed to enhance daily productivity and simplify the user experience, establishing it as a central hub for efficiency and innovation.Job Summary:The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing our Personal AI Assistant project from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of technical components of the product, and the ability to communicate effectively between key stakeholders. A blend of analytical thinking, along with communication skills would make the Product Operations Specialist thrive. This role is a perfect fit for a method-oriented professional that has resilience to own the entire process of a project, from start to finish.Job Description:Identify, implement, and optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency within the product team.Streamline communication, development, and launch operations.Align internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.Deliver consistent updates to senior management regarding project status, potential risks, and ongoing issues.Detect potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.Serve as the point of contact for product-related operational questions, keeping all stakeholders informed about key product milestones, updates, and performance.Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.Serve as the liaison between the Korea and US team, identifying problems, and facilitating clear communication between the teams to ensure a seamless execution and delivery of our PAA product.Utilize findings of the US Market and User research with the Product Development team to allow for the production of the PAA.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role.Proficiency with project management tools and platforms.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bilingual in Korean and English.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with SaaS products or technology-driven industries.
