They are waiting.Summary of Job (brief description)We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and proactive individual to join Soleno Therapeutics as Workplace Coordinator. The ideal candidate is an energetic and highly proactive individual that enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role handles a wide range of office duties supporting the organization and co-ordination of workplace operations.ResponsibilitiesRequired to be onsite five days a week, 8:00am – 4:30pm.Answer door and greet guests/visitors as needed.Assist with new hire onboarding tasks including ensuring new employee workspaces and equipment is ordered, setup and available for employees on their first day.Primary contact for Property Management company including all facilities and housekeeping issues.Main administrator of building security access (badge) system, Brivo; regularly ensure access is audited and managed as well as troubleshoot/support access issues.Maintain and keep common areas tidy including kitchen, mailroom, lounge area, conference rooms, etc. as well as loading and emptying the dishwasher on a daily basis.Track, order and stock office and kitchen supplies.Manage the Office corporate card; track, monitor and review monthly invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.Periodically prepare, package and send items to remote employees as required in a timely, secure, and cost-effective method. This may include procurement of packaging materials (i.e., boxes, tape).Coordinate maintenance of office / Soleno owned/leased equipment (i.e., copiers, printers, refrigerator, dishwasher, water dispenser).Point person for mailroom maintenance including, mailing, shipping, supplies and equipment; Coordinate with FedEx, DHL and other shipping services.Management of fixed assets/inventory list (computer equipment, office furniture, etc.).Coordinate paper shred service pickups (routine and one-off pick ups).Meal ordering as requested; set-up/cleanup of company meetings/ events.Assist in the planning and coordination of company social and team building activities and events.Draft and send company-wide announcements, including updates for holidays, upcoming events, and essential memos.Manage inbox of

Bachelor’s Degree and experience working in the Life Sciences industry preferred.Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel.A strong level of attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.A high degree of professionalism and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization
.Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work, in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Energetic, with a can-do attitude.Ability to be onsite five days a week.Salary Range:
$70,000-$90,000(Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the location where this position may be filled.)
