Regional CM/CEI Practice Director
for any of our Texas locations. The successful leader will be responsible for managing JMT’s Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas. CM services include construction and program management, construction inspection, claims support, scheduling and cost estimating, project controls, and other related construction management responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited programProfessional Engineer License or equivalent15+ years’ experience in specialized discipline including supervisory, project management, and business developmentStrong relationships with TxDOT and municipal agenciesDemonstrated experience leading othersProject management and business development experienceExperience working with local clients at the state, county, and major municipality levelQualifications PreferredMaster’s degree in specialty fieldWorking Conditions:At JMT we value a healthy work/life balance and offer a flexible hybrid working schedule. Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking.
