Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all team members are aligned on project goals and expectations. Execute projects according to the project plan, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Collaborate with developers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Address issues as they arise and escalate to senior management when necessary.Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Manage client expectations and communicate any changes to project scope or timeline.Quality Assurance:Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.Resource Management:Effectively allocate resources based on project requirements and team strengths.
