You will oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance. You will bring ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.You will have a portfolio of customersYou will work with the portfolio of customers in a 1 to many fashion using email campaigns and guiding customers to webinars and other Community contentIdentify criteria for assisting your customers by using Success Plays in the Success PlatformEnsure any escalated clients are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystemQualifications
To be successful in this role you have:2+ years of related work experience; OR equivalent work experienceApply proficient knowledge of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniquesBuild productive working relationshipsAnalyze information and propose solution to meet needs of customersNot sure if you meet every qualification?
