Technical Program Manager (TPM)
to join their team. This role focuses on creating an engaging retail experience with daily and limited-time deals across multiple product categories, emphasizing fun and excitement in deal shopping.The ideal candidate for the
Technical Program Manager
role is a detail-oriented and organized professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects on time and with creativity. The TPM will lead a significant technology transformation project that spans multiple engineering teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to deliver enhanced retail experiences for customers and streamlined administrative platforms for internal teams using leading e-commerce solutions. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage any external partners involved in the project.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, accounting for dependencies and establishing processes to enable smooth cross-functional collaboration.Oversee project progress reporting for leadership.Maintain clear communication across engineering and product teams, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks and potential risks.Support product management activities, including prioritization, roadmapping, defining requirements, and creating user stories. This secondary focus will occupy approximately 30-40% of your time.Location:
Candidates can work from the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications:5+ years of program or project management experienceExperience creating project schedules with numerous dependencies and managing technical projects from inception to completionSkilled in handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and removing obstacles through collaborative solutionsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) and experience working within Agile teamsExcellent communication skills, able to convey high-level project statuses and technical details to various audiencesStrong product management experience in prioritization, customer focus, technical understanding, and data-driven decision-makingKnowledge of leading enterprise e-commerce platformsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)Experience within e-commerce or retail technology3-5+ years of product management experienceProficiency in analytical tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Qlikview, and SQL querying (e.g., AWS ATHENA)Expertise in building and implementing new tools, including evaluating build versus partner decisionsCompensation:
The target hiring range for this role is $70.08 to $77.87 per hour, based on factors such as education, work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
