The Role
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
10+ years of proven work experience in Tech PM.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as Project Manager with a software development background, with Java, C#, and other relevant technologies.
Exposure to Capital Markets and understanding of financial instruments is a plus.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
