Inclusive & Supportive CultureAs a Principal Contracts Administrator, you will support the SAS business relating to administering assigned contracts and required changes, ensuring compliance with government and/or commercial contract requirements.Responsibilities:Analyze estimates of material, equipment, and production costs.Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.Initiate documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.Complete contract negotiations of moderate complexity.Participate in audits for internal and/or external compliance requirements.Ensure routine and major contracts conform with standard terms and review non-standard contracts to ensure conformance with corporate contract principles.Lead proposal development activities, data compilation, analysis, and application to develop pricing proposals in response to customer requests.Lead discussions on functional topics within the internal team.Understand the interrelationships of ERP contract inputs with other modules.Support onboarding of less experienced contracts professionals through information sharing and informal on-the-job training.Your Expertise:Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Law, or other related field.7-12 years of applicable contract experience; Government or Commercial Nuclear contracts experience preferred.Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR terms and conditions.Experience in contract negotiations.Strong oral and written communication skills and knowledge of MS Office.Strong organizational and presentation skills.Ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Compliance Statement:This position may require exposure to export-controlled information and is subject to additional security screening.Curtiss-Wright values diversity in the workplace.
