We're looking for an After Market Manager for IMA-Ilapak's North American office. For nearly 50 years, IMA-Ilapak has offered a wide range of flexible packaging solutions to meet every form, fill and seal requirement for the food, pharmaceutical, medical device and wet wipes industries. The North American branch provides aftermarket support for all customers in the region, as well as sales development for new customers and support for existing customers.JOB SUMMARY

The Aftermarket Manager will be responsible for:Overseeing all aftersales activities of the subsidiary.Coordinating the two aftersales offices by liaising with the service manager and the spare parts manager.Indirectly managing all staff within the subsidiary (20 people).Providing aftersales service for the entire territory of the subsidiary.Dealing directly with A-type customers by performing key account functions.Reporting to the Branch Manager on a functional level and to the Group Aftermarket Director on a hierarchical level.Directly managing strategic customers (visits, negotiation and processing of sales orders).Coordinating with the sales department for the installation of new machines and after-sales work, and in general for the management of the technicians' work.Visiting customers approximately 20% of the year.MUST HAVE

Customer orientationAbility to listenSharing information and customer needs within the branchPrevious experience of at least 5 years in a coordinating roleExperience in industrial automation, petrochemical, or energy processing contextsQualification (degree or diploma in a technical/engineering field) and/or proven experience in technical roles.NICE TO HAVE
