We're looking for a
Deliveries and Expiration Processing Specialist
to join our Futures team in Chicago, offering exposure to global futures business with the opportunity to advance quickly in line with performance! Work for a global leader in the financial services industry in our fast-paced commodity futures division.
What role will you play?
In this role, you'll need to perform daily closeouts as needed for Instruct and Omnibus accounts, reconcile and respond to Large Trader and Open Interest discrepancies identified by regulators and use your attention to detail skills by managing the orderly liquidation of client positions prior to and during delivery periods. Additional day to day duties will include managing the orderly reporting and liquidation of client option positions on option expiration days, daily process delivery including sending notices to clients, sending notices to exchanges (where required) and accurately processing delivery trades to the back-office system. You will also assist in Static Maintenance on back-office system including adding last trade date records for new products, reconciling LTD discrepancies between back-office systems and the exchanges, maintain Days to Mandatory Settlement in back-office systems.
What you offer
Previous experience in commodity futures, with the ability to navigate around exchange systems and extract data required to complete various position, trade and fee reconciliations and investigations.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Word.Knowledge of CME Group, ICE US, and ICE EUROPE applications will be helpful.Middle-office trade allocation systems experience (e.g. SEALS, LISA, CLEARVISION) will be helpful.Experience using automated trade and position reconciliation systems, including ability to maintain static and translation tables will be helpful.Benefits
