Assign projects to Program Management teamInput into the client quarterly planning processEnsures all work produced is of the highest qualityCollaborates with internal Hogarth counterparts and client partners to understand timelines and ensure resources are always availableProvides Interactive production strategy and planning for upcoming launches and updates to ensure production capabilities are understood and consideredParticipate in project kick offs, content meetings, reviews and other project-based meetings as neededResponsible for the quality of all assets before handing offInput into performance management and career development for the Program Management teamActively participates in attracting top talent and employee retentionContinually looks for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation and new technologyLeads by example and participates in culture development and managementSupport and motivate the teamRemains current on technology and trends in Interactive.Requirements:

5+ years Project Management experience and people leadership experienceRequires a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, project management, design, or a related field.Proven success managing a production studio in an agency or marketing communications environment.Prior experience growing and leading a team of project managers or producers.Solid understanding of file specifications; resolution, color space and other technical requirements of assets needed for print image production.Experience using the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.Experience in project management or content management systems such as JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, or similar software.Proficiency in both PC and Apple software and operating systems.Previous agency experience specifically working on global brands preferred.Previous experience in print production preferred 5+
