Program Site Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring program quality including assisting in implementing curriculum, providing leadership and guidance to staff and overseeing the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials and all supplies needed to operate the program. You will also provide direct service, when necessary, to execute the program.Pay starts at $43,888-$45,000 per year with full-time benefits and opportunities to grow within the organization!Locations:Our staff is the Y's greatest asset. In addition, 750 hours of professional experience in recreational program or licensed day care center serving school age children (K-5th) or a license exempt school age childcare program operated by a private or public school.6 semester hours of credit from an accredited college or university related to school age childcare, child development, elementary education, physical education, recreation, camping or other related fields. In addition, 1560 hours of professional experience in recreational program or a licensed day care center serving school age children or a license exempt school age child care (K-5th) program operated by a private or public school.1 to 3 years or more experience in youth and family programming providing high-quality experience to program participants, with at least 2 years supervisor or team leadership experience.Strategic thinking skills including effective planning, setting goals, monitoring progress, tracking results and making appropriate adjustments to plans based on circumstances and context.Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness.Customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively communicate on a regular basis with internal customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations and take responsibility for a high level of service.Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with customers, team members and other stakeholders and constituents.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email; ability to learn and adapt to new technology.Meet physical qualifications required as outlined in job description.
