Description:What We're DoingLockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is at the forefront of innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions in aerospace and defense. We're seeking an IT Network Engineer to join our team.
The WorkCandidate will be part of the Cyber and Platforms (CAP) information technology team on the Command and Control Battle Management Communications (C2BMC) program, and assist the senior system administrators and government network subject matter experts with the management and sustainment of network components supporting associated support networks.
Who You AreKnowledge of network architecture, engineering, design, implementation, and testing. Understanding of network communication protocols and network routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP) and IP network troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of network testing methodologies using routers, switches, and firewalls. Knowledge of TCP/IP behavior, network communications and routing protocols, network traffic analysis and troubleshooting experience.
