Division: Commercial Department: 44 Business Capital Reports to: VP, Portfolio Quality Manager Status: OFCR Grade: 10 Pay range: $55,588 - $118,103Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.Location: Hybrid or In Office - Blue Bell, PA or Englewood, COPurpose/Objective: Provides relationship management support to Line of Business (SBA Lending) in monitoring and servicing an existing portfolio of complex loans and borrowing relationships. Continuously evaluates operational and financial performance to maintain portfolio quality and risk rating accuracy. Interacts with customers as well as bank employees to address credit and deposit service-related matters in a satisfactory manner. Assists Lending Officers in all aspects of servicing customers.Key Accountabilities:Portfolio Size/CompositionAssists Relationship Manager(s) (RM) with the management of a defined portfolio of existing Commercial Customers with revenues between $1MM and $100MM Customers may have unique and/or more challenging banking needs Customers may require specialized knowledge/industry expertise (SBA)Portfolio Monitoring/MaintenanceAssists RM in the proactive management of the portfolio to ensure early detection of material changes in customer performanceManages all reporting delinquencies including ongoing tracking via Baker Hill to ensure timely receipt of all financial, collateral, borrowing base, insurance, letter of credit and documentation exception/post-closing information including scanning information into Image Centre/FCMCompletion of Annual Reviews for relationships periodic file memos, modifications and waivers per policy under the direction of the FVP Associate Credit DirectorEnters Line of Credit advance/pay down requests in SharePoint to include customer verification and communication with ACD/wire approversEnsures Credit File completeness in FCMCredit/Analytical SkillsCredit Trained or equivalent level of experienceKnowledge of SBA SOP 5010 and 5057 commensurate with experienceAbility to assess financial performance and risk including identifying ways to mitigate risk to the bankSolid working relationship with Credit Partners to ensure ongoing credit quality of portfolioUnderwriting as necessaryStrong working knowledge of Loan policy and proven ability to adhere to sound risk management/pricing practices as well as to all internal and external credit/regulatory requirementsMay have specialized industry/market knowledge consistent with portfolio (SBA)Customer Service/SupportProvides excellent customer service Ability to resolve customer problems independentlySite Visits/ customer calls as assignedDeal Structuring/Loan ClosingAbility to review most loan documentation with minimal guidance from RMAssists team with Loan Closings/Modifications and post-closing follow up Partner RelationshipsDemonstrated solid working relationships with internal partners including Credit, Documentation & Loan Specialists, Risk Management, Cash Management, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Retail, Insurance and Home LendingInteracts with partners with minimal supervision Product KnowledgeSolid knowledge of Commercial Credit Products and ServicesDeveloping well-rounded knowledge of products sold by internal partners including Cash Management, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Retail and Home LendingAbility to identify various cross sell opportunities and make solid product recommendations to meet customer needsNetworking/Community InvolvementAs Assigned and congruent with X Team objectives and community involvementSpecial ProjectsAssists with all special projects including Loan Review/Regulator Audit preparation, ongoing due diligence, industry research and portfolio scrubs as needed.Conducts Archer Testing as appropriate.Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
