What You'll Be Doing
:
Head of Product Marketing
will lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement team for Mortgage Solutions. This team works at the intersection of product, sales, go to market, marketing, and creative teams.
Responsibilities:
Be the go-to expert for your solution areas and go-to-market initiatives – maintaining a deep understanding of the market landscape, trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases.
Lead the Product Marketing Team for Mortgage Solutions.
Work with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop (market trends, customer needs, competitive information) to influence the product roadmaps.
Develop solution group’s positioning and key value propositions based on customer insights and research.
Deliver compelling, high-impact product centric collateral for prospective and existing customers.
Develop campaign content and messaging (e.g. frameworks, customer presentations, eBooks, blogs, sales sheets).
Plan and execute product/ feature launches and related sales enablement across cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Support, Client Success, Sales).
Own customer-centric events. Lead the planning for strategic events including strategy, concept, vision, communication, registration, technology, logistics, creative, budgeting, execution.
Own external content creation and delivery to customers.
Enable sales teams with the training they need to be successful and the tools to drive action (pitch decks, customer stories, calls scripts, etc.).

Job Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
Certification in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is preferred.
Experience:
10+ years’ experience leading growth marketing initiatives and/or product management for B2B preferably with mortgage industry experience.
Previous experience in a leadership and/or management role.
Extensive expertise in conceiving, executing and leading complex and multi-touch integrated marketing programs.
Track records of turning product innovation into narratives that engage and propositions that sell.
Strong experience in supporting demand generation and awareness creation content and campaigns.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with Product, Marketing, Support, Client Success, Sales, and other business groups.
Self-starter with strong initiative and drive.
High level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving.
Experience producing high-quality work in a remote, geographically dispersed and deadline-driven team environment.
Annual Pay Range:
159,200 - 250,000 USD.
Please note range listed if the annual base salary range and compensation also includes annual bonus and equity component.
