We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Safety Training - Supervisor. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed Safety and Training team on the convenience of a family friendly 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.Here’s what awaits you:Develop, implement, and maintain safe work procedures and promote high safety awareness.Develop, coordinate, and monitor procedural systems, processes, and training in accordance with company and legislative requirements.Conduct verification of competency assessments for all employees to ensure skill requirements are met.Undertake regular inspections and task observations to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.Inspect and manage emergency equipment and systems in the underground environment.To thrive in this role, you’ll need:Experience:

Underground production experience in a mechanised hard rock underground environment, detailed working knowledge of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Workplace Health and Safety (Mining) Regulations, demonstrated experience in competency-based training and assessment methods, previous exposure to incident investigation, auditing processes, and workplace inspections, ability to communicate effectively and build relationships within all levels of the business, intermediate competency in Excel and presentation applications.Qualifications:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential), Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (desirable), minimum "C" class manual unencumbered driver's licence.Passion for Growth:
